In December, Hombo launched Mars, a smoky Japanese whisky, on the Japanese market. This is limited and is only sold by the Japanese liquor dealer Liquor MountAIN. In the second edition of "Burn the Barrel" only selected malt whiskys were used. Mars also produces smoky malt whiskys, but one can assume that a certain part was bought in Scotland and married to the local product.
