This particular Chivas Regal bottling is produced only for the Japanese market. Only selected malt and grain whiskys, which were finished in Japanese oak barrels (Mizunara oak), are married together.
The result is an outstanding Bland with beautiful Mizunara cask notes and a mild and round taste.
Aroma: Soft and fruity with fine notes of fruit and heather honey. Slight maltiness and a hint of clove spice
Taste: Velvety honey notes of fragrant spring flowers and a spicy hazelnut note. A softer coconut note remains, thanks to the use of Mizunara oak
Aftertaste: Long lasting with exotic fruits and tamed oak
