This premium plum wine is made by the traditional company Chinriu Honten from Odawara. It exists since 250 years. Characterized by its fine taste of the ume plum and a lower sweetness, than normal Umeshu's. This umeshu is made from local juuro plums (ume) and is sweeter than the kokuto and sukkiri. Like all Nagareume Umeshu's, it has been bottled with sake and not with industrial alcohol.
