In April 2022, the Nagahama distillery brought this bottling, limited to around 800 bottles, onto the Japanese market. The whisky was matured in Bourbon casks, finished in Merlot wine casks and Swedish Octave casks and bottled at 47%. The bottles could only be bought at the distillery and sold out within days.
