Of this particular single cask bottling, only 721 bottles worldwide were bottled at 55%. At the age of 8, this bottling is one of the older ones from the house Akashi and has a very intense sherry note due to the long storage in old sherry casks. Produced only for the Japanese market, very few bottles have found their way to Europe.
