The "Hibiki 17 Years" is a blend of numerous types of pure single malt whiskys from the distilleries Yamazaki and Haskushu.
They are different ages and come from different barrels. At the end, they are blinded and matured for another six months in barrel. Part of this blend is stored in barrels of the extremely rare Japanese Mizunara oak.
The "Old Kacho Fugetsu" edition presents itself in a noble glass fake, which is dedicated to the theme "Kacho Fugetsu". This design was created in collaboration with various Japanese artists and is intended to embody the beauty of Japanese nature.
This special edition is strictly limited to 600 bottles worldwide and only occasionally available in Japan.
